Jinnah Barrage Hydropower Project

The barrage is located below Kalabagh town on river Indus. The project has installed capacity of 96 MW (8 Nos x 12 MW) with annual energy production of 688 GWh. The gross head is 6.2 meters and there are 8 turbines.The ACE led JV including DMC provided Management Consultancy Services for design review and construction supervision of the project which was implemented by WAPDA on EPC / Turnkey Basis.

The project has been completed in 2012-13. DMC provided services in the areas of planning & design review, power transmission system and construction supervision. DMC professionals were also involved in monitoring of project construction and quality assurance.
