The consultancy services for the study were provided by ACE led JV including DMC. The project was a part of “Sector Planning Study” under National Drainage Programme (NDP). The study aimed at review of research on gypsum use, gypsum production, marketing, distribution system and recommendation for meeting the future demand of gypsum for the reclamation of sodic and saline sodic soils.
