MMP led JV provided consultancy services for the project. It aimed at development of groundwater in fresh groundwater zones of SCARP areas in Punjab. Participatory approach was followed for monitoring its impacts on irrigated agriculture. DMC provided consultancy services in the areas of impact evaluation of agronomic and irrigation aspects of the project including evaluation and developing options for cropping pattern, cropping intensities, crop yields and agriculture inputs.
