Mirani dam project is located on river Dasht near Turbat in the province of Balochistan. It was constructed as a Fast Track Project of WAPDA Vision 2025 Programme. NESPAK led JV including DMC provided management consultancy services for implementation of the project which included evaluation and short-listing of EPC contractors, preparation of EPC tender documents, tender evaluation, contract management and review of contractor design. DMC provided services in the areas of environmental, resettlement & social impact assessment, mitigation and estimation of project cost.
