DMC were member of the Joint Venture led by Indus Associated Consultants (IAC) which provided consultancy services for the project. The consultancy services included pre-feasibility study of NSDS which aimed at disposal of saline drainage effluent from upland areas of Pakistan into sea.

DMC were responsible for assessment of hydrology & agriculture, financial & economic analysis and environmental & resettlement impact assessment.
