DMC provided consultancy services to IWARSI for this UNDP funded project. These included evaluation of institutional and legal frame works, mandates of institutions dealing with water management, mechanism for water allocation, water rights, water trading and monitoring & evaluation of water use. Recommendations for institutional framework for water resources management in Pakistan were also made in the study report.
